Lineage Logistics Logistics Solutions Manager in Calgary, Alberta
We are a growing organization and currently looking for a highly motivated Logistics Solutions Manager to join our winning team.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Logistics Solutions Manager will be directly responsible for the successful development of the annual revenue objectives. Reporting to the Director, and partnering with the operational leaders, our growth strategy is straight forward. The Logistics Solutions Manager will develop and implement a strategy to ensure the organization secures significant new customer opportunities. The main objective of this role is to achieve or exceed the individual annual revenue targets through attracting new clients interested in the organization’s value proposition.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage annual revenue targets, performance standards, and reporting functions for all customers and stakeholders.
Monitor facility level EBITDA for assigned locations to ensure maximized capacity and performance
Establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers, prospects, and industry leaders
Understand local competitive landscape and provide innovative solutions for customers
Support and review initiatives to ensure alignment with short-term and long-term business plans and objectives
Communicate with customers, internal and external stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction
Provide data for pricing proposals and competitive insights
Identify and communicate continuous improvement and network optimization opportunities to customers and other appropriate parties
Support Business Development leadership with sales initiatives
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent training in Business or Sales Management
5 years of progressive experience in a transportation, logistics, and sales management environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
Demonstrated proficiency in development and implementation of strategy / annual plans (budget, operational performance, SOPs, workshops, etc.)
Knowledge of temperature-controlled warehouse and logistics industry
Ability to travel up to 30%
